All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to ahmad.almojaber@aspetar.com
For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received by 4 April 2026 at 4 pm Doha time (GMT + 03:00). No refund will be offered for cancellation requests thereafter.
We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
Aspetar Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Hospital reserves the right to cancel the activity. In the event of a cancellation, registration fees will be returned, but Aspetar will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfares or hotel deposits.
